Betty Joel Oak Bureau
The bureau: An oak bureau designed by Betty Joel and hand-made by W G Evans at the "Token" works, Portsmouth in 1929. Labelled. The fall front opens to reveal a part fitted interior with pigeon holes and a bank of three drawers including a secret compartment.

Condition: Offered in very good original condition.

Dimensions: Width 24", height 46" and depth (closed) 16.5" or 32.5" (open). Open the desk area is 22.5" x 24" with a tooled leather writing area of 18.5" x 12.5".
