Huge Arts & Crafts Walnut Wind-Out Extending Dining Table by Maple & Co
The table: A substantial (10') Arts & Crafts Gothic Revival wind-out extending dining table by Maple & Co (stamped) dating circa 1880s. Constructed in well figured solid walnut. The table top has a rounded corners with a quality moulded edge over a floating frieze and ring turned legs sat upon original brass and pottery castors. The table extends by means of a joseph fitter double winder mechanism which comes complete with three original leaves and its original winder handle.

Condition: Offered in excellent (fully restored) condition.

Dimensions: The table top stands 29" high, 53.5" wide and 118.5" in length fully extended with all three leaves inserted. Each leaf measures 16.5", 19.5" & 24" respectively.

Set of Eight Heal's Limed Oak "Tilden" Dining Chairs
The chairs: A set of eight limed oak dining chairs, a variant of the design by Philip Tilden and Ambrose Heal for Churchill's Chartwell residence, made by Heal's c.1930. The set comprises two carvers and six side chairs. All labelled. Red leather upholstery. Provenance.

Condition: All offered in excellent condition.

Dimensions: seat height 19", back height 33.5" and width 19" (Carver 21.5").

Liberty & Co Arts & Crafts Oak Sideboard / Dresser
The sideboard: An Arts & Crafts oak sideboard / dresser designed by leonard Wyburd for Liberty & Co dating circa 1890s. Copper handles and strap hinges to asymetric base doors (plus a single drawer) and bottle-eye glazing to central upper door. This piece has superb architectural form with an overhanging top over an A-frame base.

Provenance: No label but this is a well documented piece. We also have the receipt from when this piece was purchased from Libertys (Antiques department) in 1995.

Condition: Offered in very good original condition. Key present for base doors.

Dimensions: The sideboard stands approx 71" tall, 76" wide and 25" deep.

Betty Joel Cupboard Over Chest
The cupboard: A Modernist / Art Deco cupboard over chest / linen press designed by Betty Joel and made at the Token Works dated 1930. Constructed in well figured exotic hardwoods with contrasting rosewood handles. There are three seperate cupboards with each with two adjustable shelves over two banks of three drawers (six drawers total) all with contrasting rosewood handles. Label to rear.

Condition: Offered in excellent condition.

Arts & Crafts Liberty & Co Settle
The settle: An Arts & Crafts ash settle made by William Birch of High Wycombe circa 1905. The design is attributed to George Walton and it was probably retailed through Liberty & Co.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Dimensions: The settle stands 50.5" wide, 22.5" deep and 45" tall (maximum) with a seat height of 17.5".

The desk: A Betty Joel Queensland Walnut breakfront desk with West African Cherry drawer fronts. Labelled & signed. This desk can be free standing as it has an attractive panelled back. There is an arrangement of seven deep drawers: a central frieze drawer flanked by twin pedestals each comprising three graduating drawers.
