Heal's Limed Oak Bookcase Cabinet
The bookcase: A limed oak glazed bookcase cabinet by Heal's c.1930. Labelled. Two sliding glass doors to two removable shelves over a two door cupboard base with contrasting walnut plinth. Walnut cross banding detail to the cornice, along with facetted edges and stepped detail give this piece a true quality feel.

Condition: Offered in very good original condition.

Set of 4 Cotswold School Oak Lattice Back Dining Chairs
The chairs: A set of 4 Cotswold School, oak, lattice back dining chairs after Gimson c.1925. Craftsman maker unknown.

Condition: Offered in very good condition: Frames tightened, original finish cleaned back and waxed. The drop in seats will be upholstered in your fabric (fabric to be supplied by the purchaser).

Heal's Art Deco Burr Maple "Compactum" Wardrobe
The Wardrobe: An English Art Deco burr maple wardrobe by Heal's c.1930. Spectacular burr maple veneers with a contrasting walnut plinth. Smaller than typical wardrobes and ideal for awkward spaces. The wardrobe is part fitted with two drawers and a number of open shelfs. There is a good practical hanging area with a side to side hanging rail. The wardrobe has its original chromed handles, locking bolts and working lock and key.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Heal's Limed Oak Draw Leaf Kitchen Dining Table
The table: A limed oak draw leaf extending kitchen dining table by Heal's c.1930. Labelled. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak with classic turned supports. The table can be used in three different lengths.

Condition: Offered in very good refinished condition. The limed finish has been lost to the top but is still evident to the base. There are a couple of fine linear shadow marks which show when the table top is extended.

Dimensions: The table stands 30" high, 30" deep and either 41", 56.' or 71" in length.

The chest: An Arts & Crafts Cotswold style limed oak "Letchworth" chest of three drawers designed by Ambrose Heal for Heal & Son dating circa 1910. Labelled. This example was made c.1920 with contrasting ebonised handles.

The Cabinet: An oak stepped side cabinet / bookcase / sideboard by Heal's c.1930. Labelled. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak with contrasting feet and facetted handles. The central section comprises a single drawer over a two two door shelved cabinet flanked by open bookcases. A very versatile piece.

Condition: Offered in very good refinished condition.

Dimensions: Width 51", Height 35" & depth 13.75" (depth reduces to 8" at the open bookcases).

Heal's Bow Fronted Oak Sideboard
The sideboard: An oak bow fronted sideboard by Heal's c.1930. Four drawers over two cupboard doors, this sideboard is wonderfully constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak. No label but this sideboard is illustrated in period Heal's catalogues as part of the "Russet" oak dining suite.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Heal & Son Art Deco Bed Head
The bed head: A stepped Art Deco bed head by Heal & Son with integral bedside cabinets and reading lights. Large enough to accomodate a UK King or Super King bed. The bedside cabinets have pull-out extending tops. Single cabinet door each side reveals a single shelf interior.

Condition: Offered in excellent condition with no evidence of any significant damage or repair. Original finish revived.

Dimensions: Width (overall) 111", gap between bedside cabinets 84", Height 46.5" and depth 4" (bedhead), 17" bedside cabinets.

Cotswold School Tallboy Cupboard Over Chest
The tallboy: An exceptional Cotswold School Tallboy with exposed dovetail construction and fielded panels in the manner of Peter Waals and Edward Barnsley. This piece has several signatures to its rear panel dated 1938 - we have established one of the names (Dennis Wyatt) was a cabinet maker in the Bath area around that time.

Condition: Offered in excellent original condition.
