Limed Oak Cotswold / Heal's Style Asymmetric Bookcase Cabinet
The bookcase: A limed oak Cotswold / Heal's style asymmetric bookcase cabinet with exposed dovetail construction dating c.1930. The bookcase cabinet comprises 3 sections, all with fully adjustable shelves, two with lockable doors and one with an internal drawer. Mostly constructed in solid oak with quarter veneered doors and an oak ply back.

Condition: Offered in very good original condition - cleaned and waxed - some faint shadow marks to the top.

Brynmawr Arts & Crafts Dining Chairs
The chairs: A set of six (4 + 2) Arts & Crafts dining chairs dating circa 1930. Design by Paul Matt for Brynmawr Furniture. Brynmawr were very much contemporaries of the Cotswold school. We also hold a Brynmawr refectory dining table and sideboard to match.

Condition: Offered in very good firm and solid condition. Frames tightened and refinished.

Condition: Offered in excellent condition. Firm and solid in the frame with no evidence of any significant damage or repair. Refinished and re-upholstered in French ticking fabric.

Dimensions: Seat height 18", maximum width 27.25" and depth 30" to 44" depending on the angle of the back.

Heal's Style Limed Oak Desk
The desk: A limed oak twin pedestal desk in the manner of Heal's c.1930. No makers label but this piece is very well made - constructed in solid, well figured quarter sawn oak with dovetailed drawers. This desk is finished at the rear which means it could be free standing.

Condition: Offered in very good mostly original condition - the top has been refinished with the remainder simply cleaned and waxed. All drawers run fine with clean interiors.

Dimensions: Width 42", Depth 22" & Height 30". The kneehole is 24.5" high and 17" wide.
