Arts & Crafts Cotswold Style Oak Writing Table
The desk: An Arts & Crafts Cotswold Style oak writing, possibly by Bath Cabinet Makers, dating c.1925. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak. Three drawers with chip carved handles and frieze over chamfered supports joined together by a H stretcher.

Condition: Offered in very good refinished condition.

Dimensions: The table top stands 30.5" high, 41.5" wide and 20" deep.

Heal's Glazed Oak Sectional Bookcase
The bookcases: An oak glazed four section sectional bookcases by Gunn c.1925. This particular design was retailed by Heal & Son and was illustrated in their general catalogue. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Dimensions: Height 69.25", Width 34.25" & Depth 9.75". The upper two sections have fixed shelves with an internal depth of 6" and height of 8" (10" for the top shelf which expands into the cornice. The bottom two sections have a depth of just shy of 8". The base section has an internal height of 11.5" and the second section has an internal height of 9.5" (with the up and over doors open).

Cotswold Style Single Bed Head by Brynmawr Furniture

The cabinet: An Art Deco / Modernist sycamore side cabinet on a contrasting laurel wood base by Heal's c.1935. Labelled. The cabinet has a double door shelved cupboard next to a bank of four drawers.

Heal's Limed Oak Cotswold Style Side Cabinet / Washstand
The cabinet: A limed oak Cotswold Style side cabinet by Heal & Son c.1930. Originally retailed as a wash stand, this is however a very versatile piece. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak with exposed dovetails to the sides. Two drawers over a double door cupboard with a single full width shelf.

Condition: Offered in very good condition. Original finish has been cleaned and revived.

The armchair: An Arts & Crafts ash armchair designed by Philip Clissett c.1890, Known as the "Clissett Highback" - This example was probably made by Gimson's apprentice Edward Gardiner c.1920's. Hand crafted with pegged construction. Sea grass seat.

Condition: Offered in very good original condition. Some minor restoration. Simply cleaned and waxed maintaining the excellent patina.
