The table: An Arts & Crafts oak refectory dining table dating circa 1920. Character and patina to top, evidence its school origins.

Condition: Offered in good firm and solid confition. The top is full of original character. Additional pictures of the top are available on request but this table really needs to be seen in the flesh to be fully appreciated.

Dimensions: The table top stands 30" high, 28" wide and 8' in length.

Arts & Crafts Oak Side / Lamp Table
The table: A later example of a classic Arts & Crafts oak side / lamp table - this one dates to c.1930 and was made by Fyne Ladye Furniture of Banbury. (Note Fyne Ladye furniture made a number of pieces that were retailed through Heal's). Ivorine label to the under side. Constructed in solid, mostly quarter sawn, oak with a facetted edge moulding.

Condition: Offered in very good refinished condition.

The Sideboard: An Arts & Crafts Cotswold School oak sideboard. Designed by Paul Matt for Brynmawr Furniture circa 1930. Three panel cupboards to base: center reveals three drawers, sides with one shelf. Superb quatre sawn oak graining.

Condition: Offered in excellent showroom condition. Original golden oak finish revived. No evidence of significant damage or repair.

Dimensions: The sideboard stands 34.5" high (maximum), 54" wide and 20" deep.

The wardrobe: A substantial Arts & Crafts oak wardrobe retailed by Oetzmann & Co (Ivorine labels), Hampstead circa 1900. The wardrobe has wonderful Pewter, copper and fruitwood inlay work to the doors and original bronzed copperware.

Condition: Shown prior to restoration. This wardrobe is offered restored to excellent condition.

Dimensions: The wardrobe stands 84" tall, 82.5" wide (at cornice) and 25" deep (at cornice). The internal depth of the wardrobe is 18" with the doors closed.

Arts & Crafts Oak Writing Table / Desk
The desk: An arts & Crafts oak writing table / desk dating circa 1900. The desk has a distinctive overhanging top with shaped brackets, over a single drawer, subtle reverse tapering legs terminating in flaired feet. This is a quality example constructed with selected cuts of quarter sawn oak. The center, tooled leather, section of the top pulls out to reveal a raising stationary rack.

Condition: Shown prior to being refinished to a golden oak colour. This desk is offered in excellent refinished condition.

The Settle: An Arts & Crafts settle made by William Birch of High Wycombe circa 1905. The design is attributed to George Walton and it was most likely retailed through Liberty & Co. A suprisingly comfortable seat.

Condition: Offered in very good firm and solid condition. We can offer this item fully restored, refinished and re-seated to your requirements.

Dimensions: The settle is 51" wide, 45" high (overall) and 23" deep. The seat height is approx 19".
