The cabinet: An Arts & Crafts oak wall cabinet by Goodyers dating c.1900. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak. Metal label to rear (we also have the original catalogue entry where it is advertised as a medicine cabinet). Original copper cage handle and working lock with key.

Condition: Offered in excellent condition.

The wardrobe: An Arts & Crafts limed oak wardrobe with inlay decoration in the manner of Baillie Scott. The lock is stamped "Waring & Gillows" of "Lancaster", the renowned cabinet makers.

Arts & Crafts Wolverine "Cadillac" Desk Table
An Arts & Crafts Cadillac Desk-table by the Wolverine Manufacturing Company of Detroit. The large drawer provides the desk space with its original inkwell and pen groove. Storage is beneath the deask lid. The drawer is counterbalanced to prevent tipping and runs on nickel-plated steel slides which operates as smoothly as when it was first manufactured circa 1910.

Condition: Original finish revived.

Baillie Scott Daffodil Arts & Crafts Overmantle Mirror
The mirror: An Arts & Crafts overmantle mirror in the manner of Baillie Scott's Daffodil design. Quarter sawn oak frame with central bevelled edge mirror, flanked by inlaid stylised daffodils over chequer inlay panels.

The table: A Cotswold School golden oak draw leaf dining table by Bath Cabinet Makers dating circa 1920 with exposed pegged construction and chamfering to base.

Condition: Shown prior to being refinished. To be offered in excellent refinished condition.

Dimensions: The table top stands 29" high, 36" wide and either 39" or 62" in length.

The table: A Modernist dining table by Betty Joel. Signed and dated 1935, this design is known as the Ashton type table in Betty Joel catalogues. Constructed in well figured solid Queenland silky oak with solid contrasting rosewood feet.

Betty Joel Art Deco Super King-Size Bed Head
The Bed Head: An Art Deco limed & bleached oak bed head with attached bedside cabinets and built-in lights by Betty Joel, label signed & dated 1938.

Condition: Offered in excellent condition. Finish revived. Lighting & electrical fixtures replaced and rewired (PAT tested).

Dimensions: The overall width of the bedhead is 117" with a gap between the side cabinets of over 6' - large enough to accommodate a super king-size bed. other dimensions TBC.

Betty Joel Chest of 9 Drawers
The chest: An English Art Deco / Modernist chest of 9 drawers of unusually long proportions. Designed by Betty Joel and hand made at the Token works in 1938 (labelled). Constructed in well figured West African cherry mahogany. The chest has a plate glass inset top (currently shown without) with an arrangement of 4 over 3 over 2 drawers all sat upon a laurel wood plinth.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Betty Joel Cupboard Over Chest
The cupboard: A Modernist / Art Deco cupboard over chest / linen press designed by Betty Joel and made at the Token Works dated 1930. Constructed in well figured exotic hardwoods with contrasting rosewood handles. There are three seperate cupboards with each with two adjustable shelves over two banks of three drawers (six drawers total) all with contrasting rosewood handles. Label to rear.

The table: An Indian Laurel wood extending dining table with fluted column legs on sleigh feet with exposed dowelled construction. The table extends by means of a draw leaf at each end. The desk: A Betty Joel Queensland Walnut breakfront desk with West African Cherry drawer fronts. Labelled & signed. This desk can be free standing as it has an attractive panelled back. There is an arrangement of seven deep drawers: a central frieze drawer flanked by twin pedestals each comprising three graduating drawers.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition with a new tooled leather top.
