Cotswold Style Oak Bookcase by Brynmawr Furniture
The bookcase: An Arts & Crafts "Gower" oak bookcase, designed by Paul Matt for Brynmawr Furniture dating circa 1930. The bookcase is divided into three compartments, each with two (fixed position but removable) shelves. Distinctive wedge shaped handles and bevelled fielded panels.

Condition. Offered in excellent condition.

Dimensions: The bookcase stands 46" tall, 52" wide and 11.5" deep.

Cotswold Style Oak Bureau By Brynmawr Furniture
The bureau: An Arts & Crafts Cotswold Style bureau designed by Paul Matt for Brynmawr furniture c.1930. Labelled. Fall from opens to real pigeon hole interior over two drawers. Superb quarter sawn oak figuring with stepped and facetted fielded panels. Square wedge shaped handles with exposed pegs to the interior. Key to the fall front lock present.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Dimensions: Width 27", depth 17" and height overall 42". Open desk area is 25" wide by 22" deep. There is space for a laptop to be accommodated within the bureau with the fall from closed - unto 24" wide, 16" deep and 2.25" thick.

Cotswold Style Oak Dressing Table by Brynmawr Furniture
The dressing table: A Cotswold style oak dressing table designed by Paul Matt for Brynmawr Furniture c.1930 (Labelled). This piece is a superb example from the Brynmawr experiment. All sides, including the rear, have fielded panels which means this could be a used as a freestanding piece of furniture. We also have a matching stool - please enquire.

Condition: Shown prior to going to our polish workshop where it will be refinished.

Cotswold Style Oak Fitted Double Wardrobe by Brynmawr Furniture
The wardrobe: A Cotswold style oak double wardrobe designed by Paul Matt for Brynmawr Furniture c.1930 (labelled). The wardrobe has square wedge shaped handles and fielded panels to both the front and sides. Inside the wardrobe has two hanging sections: one full length and the other shorter over a run of three fitted drawer trays. Working locks with keys.

Condition: Shown prior to going to our polish workshop where it will be refinished.

Dimensions: The wardrobe stands approx 71" tall, 48.5" wide and 22" deep.

The wardrobe has distinctive bevelled panels to both the front and sides and square wedge shaped handles. Inside the wardrobe has shelving, a long flight of drawer slides and a hanging section.

The table: A Cotswold Style oak side table of simple form with chamfered detail dating c.1930. Well figured quarter sawn timbers. Designer / Maker are unknown but there are clear Cotswold School influences to this piece.

Cotswold Style Oak Sideboard by Bath Cabinet Makers
The sideboard: A Cotswold Style oak sideboard by Bath Cabinet Makers c.1930. Labelled. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak with proud octagonal front supports. The sideboard comprises two central drawers flanked by cupboards with original working locks with keys.

Bath Cabinet Makers were one of the better firms making furniture in the Arts & Crafts taste. They made and supplied furniture for Heal's.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.
